Exchange & Refund
At Sultana Silvers, we create handmade, customized pieces as unique and special as you are. Once your order is confirmed, any changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours, as we begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece immediately.
For customized products, exchanges or returns are not available, as each item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. However, if the product has an issue from our side, you are fully eligible for an exchange or return.
Customization Policy
Because your custom piece is crafted just for you and can’t be resold, we kindly ask for a 70–100% deposit to begin creating it.
This helps us make sure every detail is perfect and made with love exactly as you imagined.

We use only authentic materials in every creation: pure silver, natural stones when a design includes stones, and genuine leather in pieces that feature leather.
Shipping Time
